Stampin' Up Easter Bunny Happy Easter Card for Amy's Inkin' Krew Blog Hop

Welcome to the Amy's Inkin' Krew Blog Hop!  This month the Krew was asked to create a card to celebrate spring.  Of course when I think of spring, I immediately think of bright colors!  This is why I used Stampin' Up Hues of Happiness DSP.

I started with a panel of Granny Apple Green and Stampin' Up Hues of Happiness DSP and die cut a circle from each panel with Stampin' Up Stylish Shapes Dies.  I adhered the two layers together with Stampin' Seal.

I stamped the bunny from Stampin' Up Easter Bunny Stamp Set with Mementos Tuxedo Black Ink on a square piece of Basic White.  I colored the image with Stampin' Blends: Gray Granite and Flirty Flamngo.  I stamped Easter eggs with Mementos Tuxedo Black Ink on a piece of Basic White.  I colored those images with Stampin' Blends: Flirty Flamingo, Fresh Freesia, So Saffron and Parakeet Party.

I blended Balmy Blue ink onto the Basic White square to create the look of the sky.

I die cut a piece of Granny Apple Green card stock with Stampin' Up Grove Dies.  I stamped the grass image from Easter Bunny Stamp Set with Granny Apple Green ink to help create grass.

I adhered the stamped square to the card front with liquid adhesive.  I added the grass to the bottom with Stampin' Dimensionals.  I adhered Easter eggs to the card front with liquid adhesive.  I adhered the DSP/cardstock layers to a Polished Pink card base with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped the sentiment with Polished Pink on a strip of Basic White.  I punched the end off each side with Stampin' Up Happy Labels Pick A Punch.  I adhered the strip to the card front.

I finished the front off with Stampin' Up Glossy Dots Assortment.

The inside is a panel of Basic White with a strip of DSP adhered to the side.

Thanks so much for hopping by! Up next,  Akiko.
