Stampin' Up Two Tone Flora Everyday Magic Card for Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop

Happy Friday Eve and happy Thanksgiving!  Welcome to another week with the Happy Inkin' Thursday Krew!  This week we were given a sketch to work off and I can not wait to see what everyone has come up with.

Here is the sketch:

I decided to use a couple of new items that will be available in January from the upcoming Stampin' Up January to April Mini Catalog.  I was given the opportunity to purchase these items early as an Onstage participant.  If you love them as much as I do and can not wait to order them... reach out and let me help you get them early.

Today's card features Stampin' Up Two Tone Flora Stamp Set, Stampin' Up Something Fancy Stamp Set as well as Stampin' Up Sale-A-Bration Dandy Delights DSP

I started with panel of So Saffron card stock that I used as a mat.  I adhered a piece of Stampin' Up Dandy Delights DSP (available January 5th FREE with qualifying order) to a piece of Night of Navy card stock.  I adhered the layers to create the card front with liquid adhesive.

I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up Something Fancy Stamp Set using Night of Navy ink on a piece of Basic White.  I die cut the image with Stampin' Up Something Fancy Dies.  I adhered the die cut to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.

I stamped flowers from Stampin' Up Two Tone Flora Stamp Set using So Saffron ink and Night of Navy ink.  I stamped the outline stamps with each ink then stamped the fill in stamps with second generation or stamped off ink.  I stamped the leaves with Granny Apple Green ink.  I die cut each image.

I adhered the flowers to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals and liquid adhesive.  I layered the leaves behind the flowers with liquid adhesive.

I finished the card front off with Stampin' Up For Everything Fancy Sequins.

The inside is a panel of Basic White with flowers stamped using Night of Navy ink.  I adhered the Basic White to a So Saffron mat before adhering it to a Balmy Blue card base.

Thanks so much for hopping by! Up next is Carol Buckalew.  Be sure to click my follow me button if interested... I have made some modifications to insure you will be notified of any new posts.
