I started with a Tahitian Tide card base folded in tent fashion. I adhered a panel of Stampin' Up Layering Design Vellum, I was careful to only adhere it in the middle with Stampin' Seal to insure you could not see the adhesive. I stamped grass and flower leaves across a piece of Basic White using Parakeet Party ink. I added flowers using Tahitian Tide and Sweet Sorbet ink. I die cut the image with Stampin' Up Stitched Rectangle Dies. I adhered the Basic White stamped piece to a piece of Parakeet Party card stock using liquid adhesive. I adhered the layers to the card front using Stampin' Dimensionals. I stamped the sentiment using Sweet Sorbet ink on a strip of Parakeet Party. I cut a flag at the end and adhered it to the card front. The inside is a panel of Basic White with grass, leaves and flowers stamped to coordinate with the front.
