What a difference you can get from the same stamp set when you change the colors you use. I created 2 cards using the same stamp set with both In Color families.
I used Stampin' Up Cactus Cuties Bundle along with Stampin' Up Plentiful Plants Stamp Set.
I started out by stamping the cacti with Soft Succulent and Evening Evergreen on a piece of Basic White for card one. I stamped cacti with Parakeet Party one Basic White for card two. I punched each cacti using Stampin' Up Cactus Builder Punch.
I stamped the flower pots using Night of Navy, Cajun Craze, Tahitian Tide and Orchid Oasis ink on Basic White card stock. I fussy cut the pots out with my Paper Snips.
I stamped a flower pot on a piece of Basic White with Soft Suede ink. I inked up the cacti stamp with Evening Evergreen and stamped it on a the Basic White for card 1. I repeated the process for card 2 with Starry Sky and Garden Green ink.
I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up Plentiful Plants Stamp Set using Night of Navy for card 1 and Orchid Oasis ink for card 2.
The card front for card one is a panel of Stampin' Up Artfully Composed DSP adhered to a panel of Soft Succulent card stock. I adhered the card front to a Evening Evergreen card base folded in tent fashion.
The card front for card tow is a panel of Stampin' Up 2022-24 In Colors DSP adhered to a panel of Tahitian Tide card stock. I adhered the card front to a Orchid Oasis card base folded in tent fashion.
I adhered the Basic White panels to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals. I added the flower pot and cacti to the card with Stampin' Dimensionals.
I finished the card front with embellishments: card 1-Stampin' Up 2021-23 In Color Opal Rounds and card 2-Stampin' Up In Color Matte Decorative Dots.
The inside of each card has a sentiment stamped from Stampin' Up Plentiful Plants Stamp Set with Night of Navy or Orchid Oasis. I stamped another cacti inside on a Basic White panel. I adhered the Basic White inside of the card base.
Stampin' Up Starter Kits are amazing. When you wish list is longer than your arm... joining Stampin' Up to be a demo is the only way to go.
