Happy Friday Eve everyone! Welcome to another week with the Happy Inkin' Thursday Blog Hop Krew. This week the Krew was given a theme: Butterflies and Bugs, so I pulled out an oldie but a goodie: Butterfly Brilliance.
I started with a piece of So Saffron card stock that I adhered strips of Stampin' Up Subtle DSP (Blushing Bride and Soft Sea Foam) to the edge with liquid adhesive. I adhered it toe a Blushing Bride card base.
I die cut the butterflies with Stampin' Up Brillant Wing Dies. I adhered the flowers and leaves to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals and liquid adhesive.
The inside is a panel of Basic White with Subtle DSP adhered to the edge. I stamped the sentiment with Night of Navy ink.
I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up Flowers of Friendship Stamp Set using Night of Navy ink on a piece of Soft Sea Foam card stock. I die cut the sentiment with Stampin' Up Stitched Rectangle Dies.
I finshed the front off with Stampin' Up Genial Gems.
The inside is a panel of Basic White with Subtle DSP adhered to the edge. I stamped the sentiment with Night of Navy ink.
The color scheme works great with Sunday Stampers Challenge.
Thanks so much for participating in this weeks blog hop, up next is: Terry Lynn.

ReplyDeleteVery pretty, Tara! I love your diecuts with the inclusions - so dramatic! And Navy makes an interesting neutral for your butterflies - I wouldn't have thought of that - so lovely! Thanks so much for playing at Sunday Stamps!
