Wow! It's always an exciting day when there is a Stampin' Up box on the porch but when that box has all new catalog items... it's even better. Yesterday, I got all Stampin' Up In Color products and they could not be prettier! I decided it was a perfect time to make a card showcasing all the new colors with Stampin' Up Cup Of Tea Bundle. This card fits perfectly with this weeks TIC TAC TOE Challenge. (Die Cut-Pattern Paper-Green)I started with a Parakeet Party panel with a piece of Stampin' Up Tea Boutique DSP adhered to it.
I die cut a piece of Sweet Sorbet card stock with Stampin' Up Scalloped Contours Die Set. I die cut a piece of Basic White with the scallop edge from the same set to create a table cloth. I die cut the white piece with the frame die so it would match up with the Sweet Sorbet frame.
I stamped the tea cup from Stampin' Up Cup of Tea Stamp Set (available May 3, 2022) using Starry Sky Ink on a piece of Basic White card stock. I colored the image using coordinating Stampin' Blends. I die cut the image with Stampin' Up Teacup Dies.I stamped the leaves with Parakeet Party ink on Basic White. I stamped a teabag tag and sentiment with Starry Sky ink. I die cut each image.I attached all the die cuts to the Sweet Sorbet frame using liquid adhesive and Stampin' Dimensionals.I finished the tablecloth off with flowers I stamped using Tahitian Tide and Sweet Sorbet ink.
I added Stampin' Up Basic Pearl Jewels to the card front.
I adhered the frame to the DSP/cardstock layer.
I adhered the card front to a Starry Sky card base.
For the inside, I stamped a tea cup and sentiment using Orchid Oasis ink on a panel of Basic White. I adhered a strip of DSP to the bottom.I hope you enjoyed this glimpse of a new Stampin' Up Suite. I am expecting my catalog order this week. If you have placed an order with me this year, you should have your catalog in your hand in a week or so. If you need a catalog, please place an order and I'll get a catalog out to you as well.
Love this Tara! The colors are perfect, such a cute card! :)
