Stampin' Up Hello Ladybug Birthday Card

 

Today's card features Stampin' Up Hello Ladybug Bundle.  This set pairs perfectly with Stampin' Up Pattern Party DSP.  

Today's card base is a simple Z Fold in Real Red card stock.  I started with a piece of Real Red card stock measuring 4 1/4" x 11" scored at 2 1/8" and 4 1/4" with Stampin' Up Simply Scoring Tool.  I folded the card stock at the 4 1/4" then back at the 2 1/8" creating an accordian or "z" shape.

I adhered a piece of  SU Pattern Party DSP to a panel of Basic Black card stock.  I adhered that layer to the card front.

I die cut a piece of Basic Black with Stampin' Up Stitched So Sweetly Dies and my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.  

I stamped a leaf from Stampin' Up Hello Ladybug Stamp Set with Granny Apple Green ink on a piece of Basic White.  I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up Special Moments Stamp Set (FREE with qualifying purchase) with Real Red ink.  

I stamped lady bug wings on a piece of Basic White with Real Red and Mementos Tuxedo Black ink.  I punched the wings out with Stampin' Up Ladybug Builder Punch.  I took a piece of Basic Black to punch the ladybugs body out.

I layered the Basic White panel to the Basic Black die cut.  I adhered Basic Black to the card front with Stampin' Up Tear N Tape.  I adhered the ladybug to the corner.

I added 3 Stampin' Up Red Rhinestone Basic Jewels to the card front.

The inside is a panel of Basic White.  The sentiment is stamped with Mementos Tuxedo Black ink.  I stamped the ladybug with Mementos Tuxedo Black and Real Red ink.  I adhered the Basic White to a Basic Black panel.
