I started with a Pumpkin Pie panel that I adhered Stampin' Up Cute Halloween DSP to with Multipurpose Glue. I adhered 2 strips of DSP to the card front.
I die cut a piece of Pumpkin Pie and Old Olive cardstock with Stampin' Up Ornate Frames Dies with my Stampin' Cut & Emboss Machine.
I punched the ghost image from the DSP with Stampin' Up Halloween Punch. I adhered the Old Olive die cut with the Pumpkin Pie die cut with Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I adhered the ghost to the frame.
I stamped the sentiment from Stampin' Up Cutest Halloween Stamp Set with Mementos Tuxedo Black Ink on a piece of Basic White card stock. I die cut the sentiment with Stampin' Up Ornate Frames Die Set. I adhered the sentiment to the card front with Stampin' Dimensionals.
The inside is a panel of Basic White card stock with a strip of DSP adhered to it.
