Stampin' Up Ornate Garden Simply Thankful Card

Stampin' Up new Ornate Garden Suite has a little bit of everything.  I love the Designer Series Paper with the new In Color Bumble Bee.  I can't wait to get my hands inky in all of the new In Colors for 20-21.  The new suite has 2 stamp sets and 2 die cut sets.  Not to mention--ribbon!

I used Stampin' Up Ornate Layers along with Stampin' Up Stitched Rectangle die to layer the sentiment on the front of this card.  I stamped Simply Thankful from Stampin' Up Country Lane stamp set in Stampin' Up Calypso Coral.

The card base is Stampin' Up Calypso Coral.  I stamped the flowers from Stampin' Up Ornate Style with Stampin' Up Calypso Coral.  I layered some DSP with Stampin' Up Old Olive and assembled it as it looks above.

Stampin' Up Bonanza Buddies Happy Birthday Gatefold Card

I have said it once and I'll say it again.... I love Stampin' Up Bonanza Buddies.  I will really hate to see it go.  It has everything I think a birthday card needs. Its fun, the DSP has great colors and who doesn't love fun animals.

Today's card is a gatefold card that is always fun to create as well as give.  I matted the DSP to give it a little pop of color.  The tag comes from the Stampin' Up Bonanza dies that will be retiring on June 3rd.

Stampin' Up Beautiful Moments Happy Birthday Card

This week over at TGIF Challenge they are hosting a watercolor challenge.  While I enjoy looking at all the watercolor projects out there, I am not a fan of my ability.  However Stampin' Up Beautiful Moments makes it pretty easy.

My sisters birthday was this weekend and I couldn't help but use the image of the 2 girls walking in the sand.  I stamped the image on Stampin' Up watercolor paper and took my Stampin' Up Water Painters to paint.

I used a sheet of Rich Razzleberry for the card base.  I added a little Old Olive and Best Dressed DSP together on the card base.  I cut the watercolor image with Stampin' Up Stitched Shape die.  I adhered   it to the card base with Stampin' Up Stampin Dimensionals to add some depth.

Stampin' Up! Ornate Garden Happy Birthday Card

Today's card features the new Stampin' Up! Ornate Garden embossing folder.  I worked off of this weeks sketch from Freshly Made Sketches.  I love to take embossing folders and apply ink to them before running them through my die cut machine.  Clean and simple is usually not my style but for this technique it worked out beautifully.

I used Stampin' Up! Night of Navy ink stamped all over the new Stampin' Up Ornate Garden embossing folder and CAREFULLY laid piece of Balmy Blue cardstock on it.  After running it through my die cut machine, I quickly took the embossing folder to the sink to rinse it off.  

I stamped happy birthday from Stampin' Up Music From The Heart set on a scrap of Balmy Blue.  I layered it with a piece of So Saffron.  I used a piece of Stampin Up! Crinkled Seam White Ribbon that is luckily carrying over to the new catalog.  Finished it all with a bow and bam.... I've got a birthday card ready in no time.

Stampin' Up! Bonanza Buddies Birthday Card

I am saying good bye to Stampin' Up! Bonanza Buddies stampset that is set to retire on June 3rd.  I have been in love with this bundle since seeing it for the first time.  The coordinating DSP has the best colors!

I started out CASEing a card from Global Design Project 240.  I began by stamping the lion in Mango Melody and Crushed Curry ink then die cut them.  I used Stampin' Up! Stitched Shape die to cut out a circle in Pretty Peacock and adhered the lion on it.  I stamped Happy Birthday from Stampin' Up! Rustic Retreat on Mint Macaron cardstock and die cut it with Stampin' Up! Stitched Rectangle dies.  I adhered a piece of Stampin' Up! Birthday Bonanza DSP to Grapefruit Grove cardstock to create my card front.  I arranged my die cut pieces on the card front with an addition of ribbon.
